05. Who shouldn't use the planetary mixer
Kids younger than 8 shouldn't use the planetary mixer. Some people should use the planetary mixer with a guardian present. These are:
• kids older than 8.
• people with disabilities if they can't use the planetary mixer on their own.
06. Before you use the planetary mixer for the first time
Before you use the planetary mixer for the first time:
01. Wash all its accessories with a sponge and washing-up liquid. Then let them dry.
02. Place the mixer on a flat, dry, and clean surface.
07. How to use the planetary mixer
01. Press the lever (02) – the upper part of the mixer will lift automatically | A01 |.
02. Install the bowl cover (08) on the mixer's upper part, around the metal shaft, on which you put the mixer tool | B02 |.
03. Put the bowl (04) on the planetary mixer's base | C03 |. To lock the bowl, rotate it clockwise | C04 |.
04. Put the mixer tool (05), (06) or (07) that you want to use on the metal shaft in the mixer's upper part | D05 |. Push the mixer tool and keep it close to the mixer. Then rotate the mixer tool counterclockwise to lock it | E06 |.
05. Press the lever and push the mixer's upper part down | E07 |. The lever will automatically lock in the horizontal position. The lever should click. It means that the mixer's upper part is locked in the right position.
06. Plug the planetary mixer in.
Tip | Do not plug the planetary mixer in until you install its accessories. Before you change the mixer tool, turn the mixer off and unplug it.
07. Put ingredients in the bowl.
Tip | Remember that the total mass of ingredients mustn't be bigger than 1.5 kilograms.
08. Rotate the speed modes knob (03) to turn the mixer on and choose its speed mode.
Tip | Do not put anything near the rotating mixer tool when the mixer is working.
09. When the dough is ready, rotate the speed modes knob (03) to the 0 position.
10. Unplug the mixer.
11. Press the lever (02) – the upper part of the mixer will lift automatically.
12. Rotate the bowl (04) counterclockwise to unlock it. Then take it out of the mixer.
13. Take the dough out of the bowl.
14. Push the mixer tool (05), (06) or (07) and keep it close to the mixer. Then rotate the tool clockwise to take it out of the mixer.
15. Clean the mixer tool (05), (06) or (07), the bowl (04), the bowl cover (08), and the planetary mixer – if it's dirty.
