04. The planetary mixer's speed modes
The planetary mixer has 6 speed modes and a pulse mode:
• To change the speed mode, turn the knob clockwise.
• To turn the pulse mode on, turn the knob counterclockwise from the 0 speed mode position.
You must hold the knob in this position for the planetary mixer to work in this mode.
Tip | You can use the pulse mode if you want to gradually grind the ingredients or knead a thick dough or mixture more precisely.
