Problem

Cause
The mixer's lubricating grease hardened.
The ingredients in the bowl are too hard
and there's too many of them. The mixer is overloaded.
The legs on the planetary mixer's base aren't properly attached.
The mixer is not standing on a flat and smooth surface.
The bowl or the bowl cover isn't properly installed.
The black residue from the metal shaft,
on which you install the mixer tool, fell into the dough.

Solution
Take the bowl out of the mixer's base and do not use the device for
5 minutes. The lubricating grease will soften, and the mixer will be
working faster.
Take some of the ingredients out of the bowl. Set the right speed
mode for the ingredients in the bowl.
Attach the legs to the mixer's base properly.
Put the mixer on a flat and smooth surface, such as a kitchen
counter.
Install the bowl and the bowl cover correctly.
Clean the metal shaft and wipe it dry. Before you use the planetary
mixer, always make sure that the metal shaft and the mixer tool that
you install on it are dry and that there's no dust on them.
