Maintenance
• Shut off water supply
• Switch off voltage supply
• Inspect and clean all components and replace if necessary
See technical product information for cistern for
information on maintaining the cistern parts.
Replacing the transformer, see fold-out page IV,
Fig. [33] and [34].
After switching on the power supply, the setting mode is active
for 3 min.
Replacing the servo motor, see fold-out page IV.
1. Disassemble plastic plate, see Fig. [30a].
Disassemble metal plate, see Fig. [30b].
2. Disconnect plug connections, see Fig. [36].
3. Disassemble servo motor, see Fig. [35a] or [35b].
4. Calibrate new servo motor, see Calibrating the servo
motor.
5. Install new servo motor, see Installing the servo motor.
6. Install wall plate, see Installing the plate.

Care
For directions on the care of this fitting, refer to the
accompanying Care Instructions.
Cause
• Calibration incorrect
• Obstacle during calibration
• Servo motor defective
• Water supply interrupted
• Radio transmitter not registered
• Electronics defective (indicator lamp
does not flash when button is pressed)
• Servo motor defective (no rotation)
• Plug-in connector without contact or not
connected
• Radio transmitter too far away
• No voltage
• Transformer defective
• Battery in radio transmitter discharged
• Actuation plate is not suitable
• Waste valve not closing
• Adjacent radio transmitter unintentionally
registered
• Flow volume set too low
• Outlet valve does not lift fully out
• Servo motor defective (incomplete
rotation)
• Residual flow rate too high
• Flow rate in cistern too low
• Flow volume set too high
Remedy
- Perform calibration again, ensuring there
is no obstacle in the adjustment range of
the servo motor, see Calibrating the
servo motor
- Replace servo motor
- Open isolating valve in cistern
- Register radio transmitter
- Replace electronics
- Replace servo motor
- Attach plug-in connector
- Install radio transmitter closer to cistern
- Switch on voltage supply
- Replace transformer
- Replace battery, see Replacing the
battery, Technical product instruction:
96.485.XXX
- Replace actuation plate
- Calibrate servo motor
- Waste valve defective (repair, replace),
see Cistern instructions
- Delete all radio transmitters and re-
register the correct radio transmitters
- Adjust flow volume
- Calibrate servo motor
- Replace servo motor
- Push residual flow slider downwards
- Turn float of filler valve further upwards
- Adjust flow volume
