If the dimmer is to be operated with electronic
transformers, only those which meet the
requirements of DIN EN 61347-1 (VDE
0712-30, Part 1) along with DIN EN 61047 /
VDE 0712-25, Part 2) may be used.
Please note that 230V LED lamps may glow or
flash while they are switched off due to the very
low power consumption.
The dimmer contains a thermal cut-off. Please
note that if a small amount of heating occurs
the lamps and luminaires will be dimmed, and
in the event of overheating the loads will be
switched off altogether.
The device may only be connected to an easily
accessible power socket outlet. In case of
danger, disconnect the device from the power
socket outlet.
Do not connect multiple HomeMatic plug
adapters into one another.

Only use the plug adapter with properly
installed wall outlets with earth contacts and
not with multiple socket outlets or extension
cables.
Do not connect devices to the plug adapter
which could cause fire or other types of
damage in unattended operation (e.g. lamp
with fabric lampshade).
Remove the plug of the connected device from
the plug adapter, whenever you make changes
or modifications to the device (e.g. replacing
light bulbs).
Always lay cables in such a way that they do
not become a risk to people and domestic
animals.
The device has not been designed to support
safety disconnection. The load is not isolated
from the mains.
Before cleaning the device, unplug it from the
socket outlet. Use a dry linen cloth to clean the
device. If the device is particularly dirty, you
