1. Remove the screw plug from the nitrogen
connection (4).
2. Connect the pressure vessel to be filled
to the nitrogen connection (4).
3. Slowly open the relief valve (2).
4. Slowly open the valve on the pressure
vessel that is to be filled.
The pressure vessel that is to be filled is

depressurized.
5. Slowly close the relief valve (2).
6. Slowly open the
valve (3).

7. Monitor the digital gage (1) and fill until
the required pressure is reached.
Calculated oxygen pressure has been

reached.
8. Slowly close the
valve (3).
9. Close the valve on the pressure vessel
that is to be filled.
10. Open the relief valve (2) and close it
again after complete pressure release.
11. Slowly open the breathing air shut-off
valve (8).
12. Open the pressure vessel again.
13. Monitor the digital gage (1) and fill until
the required pressure is reached.

14. Slowly close the breathing air shut-off
valve (8).
The pressure vessel that is to be filled is

filled.
15. Slowly close the valve on the filled
pressure vessel.
16. Slowly open the relief valve (2).
The nitrogen connection (4)

pressurized.
17. Slowly close the relief valve (2).
18. Slowly open the valve on the filled
pressure vessel.
NOTICE
Depending on the pressure vessel and mix,
the length of time it takes to equalize the gas
can vary. If necessary, support the blending
process by taking suitable measures.
19. Slowly open the gas analysis shut-off
valve (9).
20. Check the oxygen content with the
Dräger X-am® 5000.
Oxygen content corresponds to the

required ratio.
21. Slowly close the valve on the filled
pressure vessel.
22. Slowly close the gas analysis shut-off
valve (9).
23. Slowly open the relief valve (2).
The display of the digital pressure

gage (1) drops to 0 bar.
24. Slowly close the relief valve (2).
25. Detach and remove the filled pressure
vessel from the nitrogen connection (4).
26. Repeat the filling process for additional
pressure vessels.
