ORDINARY MAINTENANCE RECORD
Compressed air distribution system
Record to be filled in at every ordinary maintenance operation.
The ordinary maintenance must be entrusted to the surgery staff purposely
trained.

Before getting near the compressor, cut the power off
Every three months: clean the filters on the head (in a clean air environment)*
Weekly: check the functioning of ventilators
Weekly: check the presence of a coming out air blow at every stop
Monthly: Check the temperature in the technical room
Monthly: loose the screw at the bottom of the tank, ascertain that the coming
out air is dry, and turn again the screw
Every six months: replace the filters on the head (in a clean air environment)*
Keep the technical room clear of anything that is not related to the machines
contained therein, taking special attention of flammable materials; make sure
that there is no risk of formation of corrosive, flammable or explosive mixes
At every maintenance operation: check there is no hindrance (dust or other)
to the proper ventilation of the machines
* In dusty environments clean and replace the filters more often, according to environmental conditions
