Selecting the Reference Level
For the measurement, you can select from various reference
levels:
The rear edge of the measuring tool (e.g. when plac-
ing against walls)
The tip of the stop plate (3) folded by 180° (e.g. for
measurements from corners)
The front edge of the measuring tool (e.g. when
measuring from a table edge)

Basic Settings Menu
In the Basic settings menu, you can find the following basic
settings:
– Switching audio signals on and off
– Switching on and off Bluetooth®
– Grade measurement calibration (see "Accuracy Check",
page 37)
Press the
to call up the Basic settings menu.
Press the required button to activate or deactivate the
function.
If the function is activated, the function is displayed as a
white symbol. If the function is deactivated, the function is
displayed as a grey symbol.
