Cause
- The internal water tank was not filled fast enough
- Initial start-up may have been carried out incorrectly
- The internal water tank had to be refilled several
times, although no water had been dispensed. Most
likely dispensing valve defective or leakage in the
dispensing line
- Set temperature not reached in expected time
- Supply air or heat venting impaired
- No or too little temperature reduction achieved in
the specified time
- Leakage detected in the device
- Measured value of the temperature sensor not
possible
- Measurement of the tank level disturbed
- Leakage sensor not functioning
- Cooling unit too cold
- An electrical consumer is defective or a cable is
damaged.
- A 24 V electrical consumer is defective or a cable is
damaged
- An electrical consumer for the tap is defective or a
cable is damaged
- No error, but a running process
Assembly (see page 70)
Remedy
- Check if water supply is open
- Check if filter or cleaning cup are inserted
- Reset SodaBase
- External pressure reducer set too high [max. 0.4 MPa
(4 bar)]
- Initial start up (see page 70)
- Check hose plug connections at the rear of the unit
for leaks
- A permanent dripping from the tap indicates a
defective dispensing valve. Disconnect the device
from water and power and inform the Service
Department (see page 80)
- Check whether air outlet is present, blocked or
covered and uncover it
- Check whether wall clearances are observed and
side air supply openings are free (see page 79)
- Check whether the max. permissible ambient
temperatures are complied with. The temperature in
the cabinet must not exceed 32 °C. If necessary,
close the air gap between the kitchen skirting and the
back wall of the kitchen cabinet (see page 77)
- Check whether the set-point temperature can be
raised
- Check whether the dispensing quantity complies with
the specifications
- Perform reset (reset error) (see page 75).
- If the error persists, disconnect the device from water
and power and inform the Service Department (see
page 80)
- Disconnect the device from water and power and
