Troubleshooting Table
• A red lit LED on the tap indicates a fault. In this case, check the error code on
the device and follow the instructions in the operating manual or the hansgrohe
home app.
• A yellow lit LED on the tap indicates that cleaning is in progress.

- Dirt trap screen dirty

persists, disconnect the device from water and power and inform the Service
Department (see page 80).

Remedy
- Clean the dirt trap screen in the T-piece
- Clean the jet former
- Change CO2 cartridge/cylinder. (see page 73)
- Increase CO2 pressure to 0.4 MPa (4 bar) (external
cylinders only)
- Lower the dispensing temperature if possible
- Increase the water hardness if possible (e.g. adjust
water softening system, where necessary use a
mineralisation filter
- Increase CO2 pressure to 0.4 MPa (4 bar) (external
cylinders only)
chemical cleaning
- Insert mains plug into socket
- Check plug at the back of the device
- Pull out the mains plug and replace the fuse with a
new one of the same value.
- Ensure availability of new CO2 cartridge/cylinder
- Change CO2 cartridge/cylinder
- Insert new CO2 cartridge/cylinder and reset level on
SodaBase
- Replace the seal on the pressure reducer
- Have a new filter ready
- Replace filter
- Carry out chemical cleaning
- Chemical cleaning was interrupted. Restart chemical
cleaning (see page 76)
- Restart flushing process (press filter key briefly)
- Check connection cable and plug in correctly
