Pull out power plug. Pull the
power plug out of the socket
when not using the appliance
and before all maintenance
work.
Never immerse the appli-
ance in water.
Observe the prescribed safe-
ty distances when setting up
the appliance. Keep a safety
distance to all sides and to
flammable materials (furni-
ture, curtains etc.) of min. 50
cm, to the front of at least
100 cm. Never set up the ap-
pliance on a long-pile carpet.
Mounting the appliance on
the wall or ceiling is prohib-
ited.

the immediate vicinity of a
bath, shower or swimming
pool.
Do not use this heater with a
program switch, time switch
or any other device that au-
tomatically switches on the
heater, as there is risk of fire
if the heater is covered or set
up incorrectly.
WARNING: This appliance is
not equipped with a device for
controlling the room temper-
ature. The heater must not be
used in small rooms occupied
by persons who cannot leave
the room independently, un-
less constant supervision is
ensured.
2. Product Description
2.1 A rea of application and
intended use
This appliance is constructed according
to the state of the art and the recognized
technical rules of safety. Nevertheless,
improper use or use other than that in-
tended can result in hazards to the life
and limb of the user or third parties or
damage to the appliance itself and/or
other tangible assets.
This portable, electric radiant heater is
suitable for heating closed, dry rooms
during the transitional period. The appli-
ance can also be used as additional heat-
ing on extremely cold days.
A different use or a use extending be-
yond this is deemed to be improper. The
user shall bear the risk. Proper and cor-
rect use also includes observance of the
operating and installation notes as well
as compliance with the maintenance
terms.
