6.2 Initial commissioning
NOTICE
Material damage due to unsuitable coolant
The use of unsuitable coolant can result in a limited cooling capacity and increased device wear.
The warranty does not cover damage to the device.
► Use the recommended coolant.
NOTICE
Material damage due to contaminated coolant
The use of contaminated coolant can lead to damage and increased wear in the device.
► Keep the cap on the coolant tank closed.
► Rinse the cooling system with clear water before refilling to remove any deposits and contaminations.
► Regularly check the state of the coolant.
6.2.1 Adding coolant
6.2.2 Bleeding the device
Proper cooling is ensured only if the entire cooling system has been bled. The cooling system must be bled
at the time of initial commissioning and every time the device is emptied.

Unscrew the coolant tank's cap.

Add coolant only up to the MAX line.

Screw the coolant tank's cap back on.

Bleed the device.

Unscrew the coolant tank's cap.

Connect a hose to the coolant supply connector (blue).

Insert the free end of the hose in the device's filler neck and

fix by hand.
Switch on the device.

When then coolant flows through the hose into the device's
filler neck, the device bleeding is finished and the cable
assembly can be bled.
