Time setting:
After having chosen the operation mode (Power mode or Temperature) press the key
The digital display indicates the figure „0" and the LED-control lamp for time (MIN) next to
the digital display flashes up.
You may adjust the operating time by 1-minute-steps in the range up to 30 minutes and
then by 10-minute-steps up to 180 minutes (at most) by pressing the key
respectively.
The operating time is counted down in one-minute-steps, whereas the digital display
switches back to the previous indication (
The device automatically switches off after time has elapsed. Just the fan for cooling down
the electrics continues operation.
Accordingly, you may also change the Power mode setting and Temperature mode setting
without affecting the time setting.
NOTE!
During operation, you may change the time setting at any time by using key
and respectively. Due to the storage function of the device this does not
affect power mode or temperature mode setting in any way.
All of these changes may be made at any time. The device always operates on basis of the
last entered input or setting.
CAUTION!
Do not place empty cookware on the cooking surface.
Heating an empty pot or pan will activate the overheating protection mechanism, an
audio signal will sound and the device will turn itself off.
The digital display will show the error message „E02".
When this happens, remove the cookware from the cooking surface and place it
aside to cool.
The device will later function without difficulties.

Ensure that the bottom of the cookware has not scratched the cooking surface, although
a scratched surface will not negatively affect the device's functionality.

After cooking or heating has finished, remove the plug from its socket (do not
depend on the device to recognize the absence of cookware!
