Description of the appliance

Before using the appliance for the first time
1. Open the carton and take out the appliance.
2. Remove all packaging from the appliance.
3. Next, check the appliance for any damage.
4. Carefully unwind the power cable and check this also for damage.
Place of use and connection to power supply
1. Select a suitable location for the ceramic fan heater, at least one metre from any obstacle, walls
or flammable materials (see also the safety information).
2. Ensure that the ceramic fan heater is always placed upright on a stable, smooth and horizontal
surface.
3. Check that the control is set to OFF.
4. Unwind the power cable completely and insert the plug into a suitable 230 V socket. To prevent
overloading to the supply, do not connect any other appliance to the same mains circuit.
Starting up and functions
• Turn the thermostat controller (5) up to maximum (clockwise as far as it will go).
