Turn on the suction, that is, move the lever in the closed direction or to the
"COLD" position:
NOTE: do not use suction if the engine is warm or the operating environment
is hot.
d) Turn on the engine ignition by turning its knob from "OFF" to "ON", i.e. by
turning it clockwise:
e) Grab the handle of the starter tug and pull it slowly but steadily until you feel
resistance, and then pull with a firm motion but still do not release the
handle from your hand or pull to the very end of the tug cable:
