OPERATION
Setting the time
-
To set the time correctly, turn the time setting knob (4) in the direction of the
arrow.
Setting the alarm time
-
To set the alarm time correctly, turn the alarm time setting knob (3) in the direc-
tion of the arrow.

The alarm time is displayed by the small hand on the clock face.
Alarm function
-
To activate the alarm function, press the alarm switch (6). Green alarm symbol
(5) will appear in its window.
-
The alarm will be triggered at the set alarm time.
-
Press the alarm switch (6) again to deactivate the alarm function.
-
If the alarm function is inactive, the green alarm symbol (5) will not appear in its
window.
Repeated alarm/snooze function
-
Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT (7) while the alarm sounds in order to activate the
repeated alarm.
-
The alarm signal is turned off and will be released again after approx. four min-
utes.
-
To switch off the alarm tone permanently, press the alarm switch (6), so that the
green alarm symbol (5) in the window disappears.
Clock face light
-
Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT (7) button to switch on the clock face light.
-
The clock face light goes out automatically when the button is released.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The product does not require any maintenance and should never be disassembled
for any reason.
Please use a soft, dry, clean cloth for cleaning.
Do not use any chemical cleansers; those can change the colour of the plastic of
the case.
DISPOSAL
Product
Electronic devices are recyclable material and must not be disposed of in
the household waste!
Please dispose of the unserviceable product according to the relevant statuto-
ry requirements.
Remove the battery if there is one inserted and dispose of it separately from
the product.
Primary batteries and secondary batteries
As the end user, you are required by law (Battery Regulation) to return used batteries. Do
not dispose of used batteries in the household waste!
Batteries/rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are
labelled with the symbol shown to indicate that disposal in household
waste is forbidden. The symbols of the critical heavy metals are: Cd=-
cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (marking can be seen on the battery /
rechargeable battery, e.g., underneath the refuse bin symbol shown on
the left).
You can return used (rechargeable) batteries free of charge at the offi-
cial collection points in your municipality, our stores, or where ever (re-
chargeable) batteries are sold!
You thereby fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.
