18. MANUAL WASH FOR SOLVENT-BASED
PAINT

To use the manual sink for solvent-based paint:
1. Empty any residual paint from the spray gun
into a separate spills dish.
2. Make sure that the main valve for compressed
air is open.
3. Open the lid.
4. By pressing the
solvent will be fed through the brush (1) in the
manual sink.
5. Clean the spray gun with the brush.
6. Connect the spray gun to the air line on the
right side of the unit, and blow out the spray
gun through the funnel in the automatic
washer. This funnel limits the spreading of
fumes.
7. Blow the spray gun dry with the air gun.
8. Close both lids after cleaning.
The brush in the manual sink can be used
independently of the automatic washer.

4. By pressing the pedal, water will be fed
through the brush (1) in the manual sink.
