Drum adapters
Boxes with a selection of tapered adapters are
supplied with the unit.
Select adaptor that fit well into the opening of the
drums (1), and fit the drum plug with hoses (2).
Solvent fill-up
Use one empty drum and another drum of the
same size full of clean solvent.
Note! Make sure that all hoses are properly led
into the drum all the way down to the bottom, and
that the opening is well sealed by the tapered
plug.
1. Place the empty drum to the left inside the unit.
Insert the group of hoses containing the drain
hose from the manual sink into this drum.

2. Pour half of the contents of the full drum
directly into the manual sink of the spray gun
cleaner. This solvent will drain into the drum
underneath the sink.

Note! The ventilation must be running during
this procedure.
3. Place the now half-full drum on the floor of the
unit, to the right of the first drum. Insert the
second group of hoses (containing a white
hose) into this drum.
The solvent system is now filled up. Both drums

should be half full. The left-hand drum contains the
solvent that will be recirculating for the automatic

prewash cycle. The right-hand drum contains clean
solvent for rinsing. The contents of the right-hand
drum will gradually be used up and transferred to
the left drum.

Note! All users must be informed about what
solvent is being used, at all times.
Preparing the air line in the automatic washer
This unit is delivered with a set of conical plugs for
the air line.
1. Select the plug that best fit the air inlet of the
spray gun.
