OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface and the inside with a wet cloth for hygienic reasons. Wash all
the removable parts in warm water with a detergent, or in a dishwasher.
Then, heat the unit without food in grill mode at maximum temperature for 20 minutes (see the Operating
Instructions below). It's possible that the unit will emit a slight smell and smoke, which should disappear
after a while. Air the room well during this process.
WARNING!
Open the door slowly and carefully. When opening the door during operation, or after preparation, a large
volume of steam is released, and condensed hot water may drip from the lower door edge. There is a risk
of scalding!
Do not switch on the unit in defrost or steam baking mode immediately after broiling. Let the inside cool
down for 5 - 10 minutes afterwards.

Time setting

After the unit is plugged into a power source, 12:00 will blink on the display - you may continue to step No. 2.
1. If the time display does not blink, hold the button. The display will start blinking.
2. Set the time of day using the +/- buttons.
3. To confirm push the button.

Defrost function

The unit can defrost food at temperatures of 55 – 65 °C.
1. Take out the water tank and fill it with water. Reinsert the water tank carefully. Make sure it goes all the way
down.
2. Push the button.
3. Set the defrost time using the +/- buttons.
4. Push the
button.
5. Push the + button once or twice to set the defrost temperature.
6. Switch on the unit using the button
7. Activate the steam exhaust function during program using the button. This takes 3 minutes, during
which time steam from the inside will be suctioned out to reduce the risk of scalding after opening the door.
You will suspend the running program by pushing the button again.
Note: You may change the time of preparation during the program using the and +/- buttons. You may
change the temperature using the °C and +/- buttons.
Steam baking
Temperatures between 70 and 100 °C can be set.
1. Take out the water tank and fill it with water. Reinsert the water tank carefully. Make sure it goes all the way
down.
2. Push the button.
3. Set the required temperature using the + and – buttons.
4. Push the button.
5. Set the preparation time using the +/- buttons.
