Temperature regulation

Recommended set temperature is:
• +4°C for the fridge.
• -18°C for the freezer.
The temperature range may vary between
-16°C and -24°C or 1°C and 8°C.
The Economy mode is
activated automatically when
the temperature of the freezer
compartment is set to -18°C.
This mode ensures good food
preservation with minimal
energy consumption.
To set the temperature of the appliance,
press the fridge or freezer compartment
control button repeatedly until you reach
the desired temperature of each
compartment.
Choose the setting keeping in mind that
the temperature inside the appliance
depends on:
• room temperature,
• frequency of opening the door,
• quantity of food stored,
• appliance location.
A medium setting is generally the most
suitable one.
The temperature indicators show the set
temperature.
The set temperature will be
reached within 24 hours.
High temperature alarm [for
selected models only]
The alarm goes off when you
plug the appliance for the first
time.
Refrigerator compartment
The alarm goes off when the refrigerator's
temperature is higher than 10°C.
During the alarm:
• the display shows blinking E10 error
code,
• the alarm indicator flashes,
• the acoustic alarm beeps.
Freezer compartment
The alarm goes off when the freezer's
temperature is higher than -9°C.
During the alarm:
• the display shows blinking E09 error
code,
• the alarm indicator flashes,
• the acoustic alarm beeps.
Turning off the alarm
• Press any key on the control panel to
turn off the alarm. The maximum
temperature reached by the
compartment appears on the display
and the alarm indicator flashes until the
temperature is restored.
• Alarm beeping turns off automatically
after 1 hour. Alarm indicator blinks and
error code remains on the display.
• If the appliance is back to the set
temperature, the alarm turns off and
the normal display restores. Check if
the food inside is not spoiled or thawed.

Super Freeze function

The Super Freeze function is used to
perform pre-freezing and fast freezing in
sequence of freezer compartment. It
accelerates the freezing of fresh food and,
at the same time, protects foodstuffs
already stored from undesirable warming.
To freeze fresh food activate
the Super Freeze function at
least 3 hours before placing the
food to complete pre-freezing.
To activate this function, press repeatedly
the freezer compartment control button
until the Super Freeze indicator appears.
The appliance beeps twice to confirm the
setting.
