When the brake is applied, the brake pads rest on the braking surface
Brake pads do not touch the tire or spokes. This applies to the condition with the brake
levers unapplied and applied.
Brake pads have the minimum thickness, see wear indicator.
Side flanks of the rims (braking surfaces) free of grease
Wear indicator of the rim still clearly visible
