 Make sure that the plug is removed from the mains when carrying out
maintenance work or when you want to clean the spray gun or the paint
container.
 The spray gun has been designed to
operate over a long period of time with a
minimum of maintenance. Continuous
satisfying operating depends on proper
machine care and regular cleaning.
 Clean the spray gun thoroughly after
each use.
 Turn the spray gun upside down and
apply a few drops of oil to the two
apertures at the bottom. This
lubricate the piston and the cylinder.
Perform the following steps after each use:
1. Unplug from power mains.
2. Empty any remaining paint from the container.
3. Clean the container thoroughly with thinner. Pour some thinner into the
container. Spray until only clean thinner is coming out of the nozzle.
4. Clean the suction pipe (16) and the filter with thinner.
5. Clean the spray basket (6) and the nozzle (7). Remove any paint residues.
If the spray gun requires extra internal cleaning, perform the following steps to
disassemble it:
1. Remove the plug from the mains socket. Turn
the nozzle (7b) counter clockwise from the
spray gun. For unscrewing the nozzle you can
use the included spanner (14). In order to keep
the spanner always available and not to lose it,
hook it on the power cable, as shown in the
picture.
2. Turn the spray basket (6) counter clockwise
from the spray gun.
