A) Carefully remove all packaging.
B) Unfold the bed and remove the hardware pack.
1) Close the bed and secure with the clip lock bar (A), see Fig 1.
2) Place the folded bed on its side and extend the two center legs,
see Fig 2.
3) Place flat side of the leg cross bar (B) across the center legs
aligning holes of cross bar with underside legs, see Fig 3. Insert the
caster (C) up through the cross bar and then through the leg. Secure
with the nut and tighten with the spanner (D). Repeat for remaining 3
casters.
4) Release snap click lock bar, carefully unfold one side of the bed
until the leg retention bar hole aligns with the corresponding
extended outer leg hole, see Fig 4. Secure with the nut and bolt (F),
and tighten with the spanner (D). Repeat for the opposite side.
This process enables the automatic action of the leg.
Please note the bed must be partially unfolded for the holes to
align.
5) Stand the bed upright and attach the 4 plastic caps by inserting
them into the pre-drilled holes in each outer leg (E), see Fig 5.
6) Handles must be held firmly when operating to prevent the bed
from opening too rapidly.
To operate the bed, hold both handles firmly, release the clip lock
bar (A).
Gently lower one side to the floor, repeat for the opposite side.
To close, simply fold and secure with the clip lock bar.
Please do not place hands near hinges when operating the bed.
Recommended maximum weight is 130 kg.
