GREASE FLEX SHAFT
FLEXWELLE FETTEN /
Prüfen Sie zuerst, ob die Flexwelle ausreichend gefettet ist. Schauen Sie dazu an der Welle motorseitig, ob sich Fett zwischen Welle
und Rohr befindet. Falls dies nicht der Fall ist, gehe Sie wie gezeigt vor.
Lösen Sie die Madenschraube mit dem 2mm Innensechskantschlüssel. Erhitzen Sie den Wellenmitnehmer ggf. vorher mit einem
80W Lötkolben, da die Schraube mit Sicherungslack gesichert ist. Wenn die Schraube gelöst ist, ziehen Sie die Welle nach hinten
heraus. Fetten Sie die Welle nun mit einem hochleistungs-Silikonfett, schieben Sie wieder zurück durch das Rohr und montieren Sie
sie wieder am Mitnehmer. Sichern Sie die Schraube mit einem mittelfesten Schraubensicherungslack.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Vorgang in Regelmäßigen Abständen erfolgen muss, da die Welle sonst beschädigt wird.
First check whether the flex shaft is sufficiently greased. To do this, look at the shaft on the motor side to see if there is grease
between the shaft and the tube. If this is not the case, proceed as shown.
Loosen the grub screw with the 2mm Allen key. If necessary, heat the shaft driver with an 80W soldering iron first, as the screw is
secured with locking varnish. When the screw is loosened, pull the shaft out to the rear. Now grease the shaft with a high-
performance silicone grease, push it back through the tube and mount it on the driver again. Secure the screw with a medium
strength thread locker.
Please note that this procedure must be carried out at regular intervals, otherwise the shaft will be damaged.
