2.5 Öldrucküberwachung
Funktionsweise
Zwei voneinander unabhängige und gleiche Si-
gnalmeldegeräte (32221/34221) überwachen den
Öldruck der Zahn radölpumpen (36000/39000) des
Turboladers auf Verdichter- und Turbinenseite (s. Fig.
3-5).
Inbetriebnahme
Beide Ölräume mit neuem Schmieröl füllen (s. Kap. 2).
Vorsicht !
Angaben zum Nachfüllen von Öl beach-
ten (s. Kap. 2).

Bei Motorstillstand brennt die rote Leuchtdiode am
Signalmeldegerät (32221/34221).
Hinweis
Bei Motorstillstand sowie bei fehlender
Speisespannung stehen die Kontakte
des Ausgangsrelais auf „Alarm".
Wird beim Inbetriebnehmen des Motors die in Tabelle
1 angegebene Turboladerdrehzahl überschritten, so
muss der erforderliche Öldruck vorhanden sein - die
rote Leuchtdiode erlischt und die grüne beginnt zu
brennen.
Vorsicht !
Beim Inbetriebnehmen muss die Öl-
drucküberwachung spätestens bei den
in Tabelle 1 angegebenen Drehzahlen
ansprechen und die grüne Leuchtdiode
brennen.

2.5 Oil pressure monitoring system
Mode of operation
Two identical, mutually independent signalling de-
vices (32221/34221) monitor the oil pressure of the
turbocharger gear oil pumps (36000/39000) at the
compressor and turbine ends (see fig. 3-5).
Taking into service
Fill both oil spaces with new lubricating oil (see
chap. 2).
Caution !
Observe the instructions for filling oil
(see chap. 2).

The red light emitting diode in the signalling device
(322221/34221) is lit while the engine is stationary.
Note
When the engine is stationary, and/or
power is not being supplied, the output
relay contacts are in the "Alarm" positi-
on.
If the turbocharger speed shown in table 1 is excee-
ded when putting the engine into service, the required
oil pressure must be present - the red LED extinguis-
hes and the green LED illuminates.
Caution !
When putting into operation, the oil
pressure monitor must respond and the
green light emitting diode must be lit at
the latest when the speeds specified in
table 1 have been attained.
