for heating oil or other liquids.

Cleaning and maintenance

ATTENTION: Hazard of injury and burns! Before cleaning,
always unplug the appliance and let it cool down!
There is no need for a special cleaning and maintenance. If required, the appliance
can be wiped with a moist cloth.
Descaling
Depending on the water hardness, lime scale might form around the heating coil. It must be re-
moved from time to time by heating some water with vinegar or by using a customary descaling
agent. This will save energy, grant full heating power and a long life-time as well. Thick lime scale
might cause an overheating of the appliance. Damages caused by lime scale are not covered by
the warranty. This is why a regular descaling is recommended.
