The warranty does not apply to the following:
- Wear parts that wear out over time, unless the defect is due to a defect in materials or workmanship; Superficial
damage incurred during the warranty period, including scratches, dents, and damaged plastic, unless the de
fect is due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- Damage caused by improper assembly or installation of the product by the user,
damage caused by maintenance that is contrary to the product's maintenance instructions (e.g. lack of brake
maintenance) or by service work not performed by our service partners under warranty,
- Normal wear and tear, defects caused by normal wear and tear or by normal aging of the product,
- Damage resulting from accidents, improper or negligent use, oprration or alteration of the product, fires, earth
quakes or other external causes.
- Products that have been reported as stolen.
In the event of structural modifications to the components of the drive system installed in the frame as well as to
the motor and in the event of interventions in the software, all our warranty obligations shall expire.
Our batteries are not covered by this warranty.
