7. Blade Reel and Cutter Blade Adjustment

Always wear protective gloves when performing any cleaning or maintenance on the
product, where the blade is located.
» Misalignment can occur resulting in blade reel being too loose or too tight. If this
happens, you will notice a rough, uneven cut or that the product is hard to push.
» All adjustments are made from the rear of the product.
» To adjust the cutter blade, tighten or loosen the screws on the sides (Fig. 1).

» To loosen the blade reel, loosen rear adjustment bolts on both sides equally by
turning them counter-clockwise and tighten front adjustment bolts on both sides
equally by turning them clockwise (Fig. 2). The cutter blade moves away from the
blade reel.
