» Mowing around the perimeter first can help square off the lawn and gives room to
turn when mowing back in forth in rows.

10. Cleaning and Maintenance
C AUTION
Risk of injury!
Always wear protective gloves when performing any cleaning or maintenance on the
product, where the blade is located.
10.1 Quick clean
» Clean the outer housing with damp, lint-free cloth. Wipe dry after cleaning.
» Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp
utensils to clean the lawn mower.
10.2 Deep clean
NOTICE
Clean grass clippings, leaves, dirt and other debris off the product after each use.
1. Turn the product on its side.
2. Scrape the grass residue off from the underside using a plastic paint scraper (not
included) or a similar non-metallic tool.
3. Scrub away any remaining grass clippings and debris on the underside, and the front
and wheels using a soft brush.
4. Use a garden hose to hose down the product.
5. Wipe the parts with a dry cloth.
6. To reduce grass clippings buildup, lightly spray some vegetable oil onto the parts of
the lawn mower after cleaning.
7. Set the product to upright position after cleaning.
