This machine is designed for training the legs. The machine is
only intended to be used while sitting.
•
Only one person at a time may use the fi tness machine.
•
The machine is exclusively intended to be used at home.
•
This machine is not suitable for therapeutic applications.
•
This machine may be used by children ages 8 and over as well
as persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capaci-
ties or those lacking experience and/or knowledge if they are
supervised or have been instructed in how to safely use the de-
vice and have understood the risks associated with operating
the machine. Children may not play with the machine. Cleaning
and user maintenance must not be performed by unsupervised
children.

The fi tness machine is not a toy. Keep children under 8 years
of age and animals away from the machine.
•
The machine is intended for domestic, not commercial use.
•
Only use the machine as described in this instruction manual.
Any other use is deemed improper.

Defects arising due to improper handling or damage are ex-
cluded from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and
tear.
Safety notes
•
Keep children and animals away from the machine and
packaging material. There is a danger of injury and suffocation!

Never stand on top of the machine!
•
If you belong to a risk group with respect to your health, be
absolutely sure to consult your physician prior to using the
machine. If applicable, consult your workout plan with him/her.

Pregnant persons are not allowed to use the machine or only
after having consulted their physician.
•
ATTENTION: Immediately stop your workout if you feel weak
or dizzy. In the event of nausea, pain in the chest or limbs,
heart palpation or other symptoms, please immediately contact
a physician.
•
Start your workout slowly and gradually increase the intensity
to the level of your choice and which you are able to manage.
•
Do not workout if you already tired and exhausted.
•
We expressly point out that using the machine improperly or
exercising too intensively could be hazardous to your health.
•
Do not subject the machine to extreme temperatures, severe
changes in temperature, direct sunlight or moisture.
•
Maintain adequate distance to heat sources such as stovetops,
ovens, fi replaces or burning candles.
•
Do not allow the product to fall and do not subject it to severe
percussions.
•
If the product is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In
the event of damage, contact the customer service department.

Use
