Z The control module consists of the design foil, front panel, upper part
of pump head and lower part of pump head and is only available as a
pre--assembled unit.
Z Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply
(mains). Disconnect the power cable from the device.
Z Remove the power swith, pump (roller) wheel with motor and micro
switch.
Z Unscrew the mounting screws and disconnect the cables of the control
module.
Z After installation of the new control module perform the following tests:
' Electrical safety tests
' Service menu
' Functional check
Z Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply
(mains). Disconnect the power cable from the device.
Z Remove the cover of the switching power supply.
Z Unscrew the mounting screws and disconnect the power supply ca-
bles.
Z After installation of a new switching power supply perform the following
tests:
' Electrical safety tests
Z Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply
(mains). Disconnect the power cable from the device.
Z Unscrew the mounting screws and disconntect cables from the line
filter.
Z After having installed the new line filter, perform the following tests:
' Electrical safety tests
Z Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply
(mains). Disconnect the power cable from the device.
Z Unscrew the mounting screws and disconnect the cables from the
PCB.
Z After installation of the new PCB perform the following tests:
' Electrical safety tests
' Service menu
' Functional check
