Maintenance of device and accessories

This service manual describes the external service measures defined for
the product.

IMPORTANT!
Follow the instruction manual of the product when carrying out the service
measures.
In order to protect the person performing the test, carry out maintenance
and checking or testing must be carried out in the order specified below.
Z Visual check
Z Electrical safety check
Z Functional check
The required electrical checking and measuring procedures are de-
scribed in standards EN 60601 / IEC 601 and DIN 57751 / VDE 751.
The values indicated under the section entitled safety check relate to the
test to EN 60601 / IEC 601.
After a repair job all measuring values (specified values) of the device
must be checked in accordance with the instructions given in the Service
Manual and readjusted if deviations are observed.

NOTE!
Any maintenance, checking or testing work on the device or the accesso-
ries must be documented.
