Z The power supply components consist of the panel--mounted 3--pole
power plug, plastic cover and cable.
Z Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply
(mains). Disconnect the power cable from the device.
Z Disconnect the screws and cables from the power supply unit.
Z After having installed a new power supply unit perform the following
tests:
' Electrical safety tests
Z Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply
(mains). Disconnect the power cable from the device.
Z Turn the pump wheel by hand until the grub screw faces upward. Loo-
sen the grub screw.
Z Pull the pump wheel off the shaft and install a new one.
Z Tighten the grub screw insuring that it rests against the flat surface pro-
vided on the shaft. After tightening the grub screw check the pump
wheel for proper alignment with the pump head. If it is not properly ali-
gned, realign the pump wheel.
Z After installing the new pump wheel perform the following tests:
' Electrical safety tests
Z Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply
(mains) Disconnect the power cable from the device.
Z Remove the pump wheel as described under item 6.3.2.
Z Unscrew the mounting screws and disconnect the cables from the mo-
tor.
Z After having installed the new motor perform the following tests:
' Electrical safety tests
' Service menu
' Functional check
