b) Position the zip correctly on the mechanical trigger system
CAUTION
You must not close the pocket on the mechanical trigger system completely. If the
zip is completely closed or incorrectly positioned, the key-ball of the mechanical
trigger system will be blocked, which will avoid the inflation of the airbag in the
event of a fall or accident.
At the bottom of the pocket on the mechanical trigger system there are 2 blue lines
which indicate the position of the zip sliders.
• The plastic buckle of the mechanical trigger system should come out from the
pocket and be located between the 2 blue lines.
• The zip sliders must stop before each blue line to allow the key-ball to eject in case
of a fall or accident.

5. DAILY USE

a) Quick check before use
Please check the following points before each use of the backpack airbag to be
properly protected:
The backpack airbag is in good condition with no tears or wear.

The cartridge is new and properly installed (see page 29)

The zip on the mechanical trigger system is correctly positioned (see page 25).

The backpack airbag is properly adjusted and closed (voir page 25).

The backpack airbag is connected to the motorcycle lanyard (voir page 26).

b) Wearing the backpack airbag
CAUTION
• The backpack airbag must be worn over your motorcycle equipment (jacket, vest,
race suit,...).
• The backpack airbag can be worn by the motorcycle driver and/or passenger.
