USAGE
In a few easy steps you can start the
cooking process.
• Turn on the oven by touching the
display.
• The Home Page will appear on the
display. Find the "Backing function"
symbol and activate it by touching it
with your fingers.
• On the display select the desired
operating mode of the oven, e.g.
"Conventional".
• The display will show the pre-
programmed parameters: "Tempera-
ture", "Cooking time" and "Finish
time" as well as the option to preheat
the oven "Rapid Heat".
• If necessary, you can change these
parameters by touching the corre-
sponding symbol and moving the
sliding scale up and down.
• The selected parameter is automati-
cally set when removing the fingers
from the screen.
• After selecting the desired parame-
ters, press "Start" to start the oven.
