WARNING!
When using the machine, avoid repeated forward and reverse operations as this could cause
jammings, blocking the exit of the processed cardboard material that will only get freed by a
manual extraction of the cardboard.
In case of a jam, press the reverse button and take out the material from the front feed
opening. Then, completely clean the back exit by manually pulling out the jammed material.
Using the machine with the cardboard outlet clogged or blocked will damage the mechanical
components.
Before doing any maintanance or repairs or
touching the internal parts of the machine,
unplug the cable from the power supply.
Kobra FlexPack is equipped with an hour meter
(1) that enables the user to check the hours
of operation in order to schedule care and
maintanance operations.
After 100 hours of operation it is recommended
to clean the inside of the machine as shown in
Pic. F

- Unscrew the screws (2)
- Remove panels (3)
- Unscrew the screws (4)
- Remove panel (5)
Remove the accumulated dirt inside the
machine and under the kitting knives.
WARNING! Do not use synthetic oil to clean
the machine, nor abrasive products, detergents,
petroleum or solvents.
