OPERATIONS TO ARRANGE THE COUPLINGS

1. Set the removable head (E) of the needed diameter on the Coupling machine BE32 18 V.
WARNING: to do so, the machine should be out of work. The Coupling machine
BE32 18 V gets automatically in this position after the coupling processing. Anyway, you
can set the machine out of work in any moment, using the suitable emergency return
button (C). See manual return of coupling tool.
2. Put the expander (F), with the flange
towards the machine, into the extractor (G).
Then, put the extractor into the suitable
hole on the head of the coupling tool.
The device of extractor ejection will be
automatically settled into working position
(to do so, the tool should be in pause
position. See point no. 1).
WARNING: to process the Pexal pipe
from Ø 26 up, lubricate the expander
inside through the special sliding liquid
(code VS0105210), as shown in the
picture no 1.
3. Cut the pipe in perpendicular way, then insert the cap.
WARNING: do not use pipe cutter shears that could cause pipe ovalization.
4. Insert the extractor (G) all the way down into the pipe until the plastic expander (F) gets to
the bottom.
WARNING: pipe must be in axis and parallel to the extractor.
