Introduction
The following instructions explain how to set up a Gira door station with your PEAKnx touch
panel. The communication between the touch panel and the door station is realized via SIP.
Therefore, please make sure that both devices are part of the same network and that YOUVI
has Internet access.
Note: Since the camera stream of the Gira door station is not freely available, only a camera
image of another IP camera can be integrated in YOUVI. However, the YOUVI door station mo-
dule also works without a camera. The use of the Gira software „DCS-Communicator" enables
the use of the integrated camera.

1 Prepare the Gira TKS IP gateway for the YOUVI door station module

1. Prepare the Gira TKS-IP-gateway, the control device and the door station so that they can
be found in the network.
2. To be able to set up the Gira TKS-IP gateway, you must enter the IP address of the TKS-IP
gateway in your browser. How to find this is also specified in the instructions for the door
station e.g.: 192.168.188.32.
− If you are using a Fritzbox, you can find it under fritz.box under Overview > Home Net-
work. The active participants are displayed here. Now click on "TKS-IP-GATEWAY".
3. If neccessary select English as language and set your login data.
4. Log in and click on "Start setup".
5. At least the following settings are required to use the YOUVI door station module as an IP
telephone:
− Gira door station
− IP telephone
