Functional description

The primary technical components of a tanning device are an artificial source
of UV radiation and a mechanical structure with a defined active surface.
Vitamin D device (VITAMIN-D SUNSHINE)
Only the UV-B lamps are switched on when using this device in this way. It is
proven that UV-B radiation enhances the formation of vitamin D. Vitamin D
plays a fundamental role in the regulation of calcium levels in the blood and
for bone development.
Due to the low dose of UV no direct visible tanning takes place. Even with
intensive use, the skin is also only mildly toned.
An additional natural sun protection factor is generated over your entire body
by the UV-B radiation.
Vitamin D device with tanning (STYLING SUNSHINE)
The UV-B and UV-A lamps are switched on when using this device in this
manner. Through the combination of UV-A and UV-B radiation components
the tanning elements of the spectrum are optimally utilized. A long-lasting
deep tan is established. The UV-A content ensures an immediately visible
tan.
