PROBLEM SOLVING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1 - The device is not
connected to the electrical
network.
2 - The device is locked
1 - The water tank is not
properly installed.
2 - The device is locked
1 - There is not enough water
2 - The temperature of the
water in the tank is too
low or too high
3 - The first-use of the
machine was not done at
25º C.
1 - The water tank is not
clean
2 - The water in the tank is
not in good condition.
3 - Thoroughly clean the
entire water dispenser.
SOLUTION
1 - Plug the device in before
using it
2 - Push the unlock button
1 - Gently push the tank
with both hands to make
sure water can flow
through the inlet.
2 - Push the unlock button
1.- Make sure the water
level is above the
minimum mark of the
tank
2.- The water temperature in
the tank must be at room
temperature.
3.- The first use should be
at 25ᴼC.
Follow the instructions in
the section on
functioning
1 - Clean the water tank
every day.
2 - Use fresh water
Do not use water that
has been stored
previously.
Use decalcified water.
3 - Follow the instructions in
the cleaning section to
do a complete thorough
cleaning.
