6.- After the dispenser is calibrated, use the TEMPERATURE (g) button to choose from 4
temperature levels: 25ᴼ C, 70ᴼ C, 85ᴼ C and 95ᴼ C. Follow the reference table to choose
the right temperature for the infusion you want to make (PHOTO 3).
a) White tea: Steep for 3-7 minutes at 70ᴼC
b) Green tea: Steep for 2-3 minutes at 70ᴼC
b) Oolong tea: Steep for 3 minutes at 85ᴼC
c) Black tea: Steep for 4-5 minutes at 95ᴼC
d) Red tea: Steep for 4-5 minutes at 95ᴼC
e) Flowering tea: Steep for 4-5 minutes at 95ᴼC
f) Rooibos: Steep for 5-6 minutes at 95ᴼC
g) Infusions: Steep for 5-6 minutes at 95ᴼC
7.- Use the VOLUME (i) button to choose from 3 pouring levels: short (150 ml), medium (230 ml)
and long (300 ml). The selected measurement will appear on the display (a) (PHOTO 4).
8.- Put a cup or glass on the tray underneath the spout (4).
9.- Push the LOCK (h) button to unlock the boiler. Be aware that the dispenser will lock
automatically after 5 seconds of inactivity (PHOTO 5).
10.- Push the DISPENSE (f) button The water will be dispensed automatically through the spout.
The indicator lights (3) on the side will light up while the device is running (PHOTO 6).
11.- Push the DISPENSE (f) button again if you want to stop pouring water before the cycle
finishes.
12.- Unplug the machine after use.
MAINTENANCE / CLEANING
1 - Clean the tray (5) and the water tank (7) with soap and water every day.
Only use non-abrasive cleaning products. Dry the accessories after washing them.
NOTE
: Be aware that the body of the dispenser cannot be submerged in water.
Use a damp cloth to clean the body of the boiler.
2 - Clean the outside of the boiler with a damp cloth.
3 - From time to time do a thorough cleaning of the water boiler.
a) Pour two parts cold water and one part white vinegar into the water tank.
b) Do several programmed pouring cycles at maximum capacity and at a temperature
of 85 degrees.
c) Clean the water tank with soap and water. Re-fill the tank with cold water.
d) Do several programmed pouring cycles at maximum capacity and at a temperature
of 85 degrees to eliminate any vinegar that may be in the internal circuit.
