■ Do not use the device with cable
extension reels or extension cables
which are longer than 3 m. Fully
unwind cable extension reels and
extension cables.
■ In the event of a fire: Do not extinguish
with water! Smother the flames with
a fireproof blanket or a suitable fire
extinguisher.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to
Material and Property
■ Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed and
matches the technical data of the
device. The plug socket must also be
readily accessible after connection so
that the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated.
■ Lay the connecting cable so that it is
not squashed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces (e.g. of the device).
■ Always switch off the device first
before the mains plug is pulled out of
the plug socket. Remove the mains
plug from the plug socket immediately
if there is a fault with the device.
■ Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket before a thunderstorm.
■ Never pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable. When you pull it out
of the plug socket, always pull on the
mains plug and never the mains cable!
■ Protect the device from other heat
sources, flames, sub-zero tempera­
tures, persistent moisture, wet condi­
tions and impacts.
■ Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and
to avoid possible damage.
■ Do not subject the device and its
accessories to any impacts.

■ Do not lay or place any heavy objects
on the device, the connecting cable or
the remote control.
■ If there is a power cut, move the
switches of the device to the Off
position.

BEFORE INITIAL USE

Before the device is first used, the two
feet that are supplied need to be mounted
on the device. A cross­head screwdriver is
also required to do this.
1. On the bottom of the device, there
are 4 holes at the ends for each foot.
Attach the feet here using the screws
that are supplied.
2. Turn the device over and place it on its
feet. It is now ready to be used.

USE

Please Note!
■ The device is equipped with overheat­
ing protection. The device switches
off if it overheats. In this case, pull the
mains plug out of the plug socket and
allow the device to cool down. It is
then ready to be used again.
■ Do not place the device on deep­pile
carpets or soft surfaces. The cold air
inlet on the bottom must be clear.
1. Place the device with a minimum gap
of 1 m on all sides on a solid, stable
and heat-resistant surface. When you
do this, follow the specifications in the
"Safety Notices" chapter.
2. Fully unwind the connecting cable and
plug the mains plug into a plug socket.
3. Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to
the MAX position.
4. Depending on what level of heat you
want, operate the On / Off switch for
heat level 750 W or 1250 W or both
On / Off switches for 2000 W.
