Before cleaning the device, be sure to fully turn off the power and unplug the adapter.
• Note that the massage pad is not washable per se!
• Always use a dry cloth for cleaning.
• Under no circumstances should any liquid get into the device or the accessories, otherwise a short
circuit may occur.
• Minor, small stains may be removed only with a slightly damp cloth or sponge (with possibly a little
soapy water).
• Do not use aggressive or solvent based cleaners. Do not use brushes with metal or nylon bristles,
as well as sharp or metallic cleaning items such as knives and similar sharp objects.
• After cleaning, do not use the massage pad until it has completely dried.
• Keep the device in a protective cover when not in use to prevent the accumulation of dust.
• If the massager can not be switched on, please check whether the plug is correctly inserted and
check the power supply.
• If the sound of the device gets progressively louder, it may be because it is in continuous use for
too long. Switch off the massager for at least 20 minutes before restarting.
• If the massager stops during use, it may be because the device has overheated. Leave the massager
pad turned off for at least 20 minutes before restarting.
