Utilisation de la machine
en degauchisseuse
Note : Avant toute utilisation, enle-
ver I'anti-rouille de I'arbre porte la-
mes avec du petrole (ne pas utiliser
d'essence)
Bloquer la table de sortie par le levier
(Q)
La table raboteuse (G) doit etre a son
niveau le plus bas pour loger I'ejecteur
de copeaux.
Mettre le levier (R) en position debrayee
pour eviter de faire tourner inutilement
les rouleaux d'entraTnement.
Reglage de la profondeur de passe
Avec la poignee (L) regler le niveau de
la table d'entree selon la profondeur de
passe a obtenir (difference de niveau
entre les tables)
Une graduation = 1 mm
Bloquer la table avec la poignee (E).
Reglage du guide parallels
- reglage en profondeur suivant la lar-
geur du bois a travailler et blocage par
la manette de serrage (C).
Degauchissage au guide
Degauchissage a angles droits, regler
le guide avec une equerre.
Appliquer la face de reference du bois
centre le guide.
Inclinaison du guide
Mettre le guide en position inclinee au
plus pres du niveau de la table.
Verifier la valeur de Tangle choisi et
bloquer.

Bemerkung : Beim erstmaligen
Ingangsetzen der Maschine Post
schutzmittel von der Messerwelle
mil Petroleum (kein Bezin)
entfernen.
Den Ausgangstisch durch den Hebel
(Q) gut verriegeln.
Der Dickenhobeltisch (G) muss auf
seinem niedrigsten Niveau stehen, um
die Spanauswurfvorrichtung einbauen.
Den Hebel (R) in ausgekuppelte
Stellung bringen. Man vermeidet so das
unnotige Mitlaufen des Vorschubs.
Einstellen der Schnittiefe
Mit Handrad (L) die Hohe des Ein-
gangstisches je nach Spanabnahme
einstellen. Hohenunterschied zwischen
den Tischen = Starke der Span-
abnahme (ablesbar auf Skala-eine
Markierung = 1 mm)
Mit Hebel (E) Eingangstisch blockieren.
Einstellen des Langsanschlags
- Tiefeneinstellung je nach Breite des
zubearbeitenden Werkstucks und
Festklemmung durch Hebel (C).
Abrichten mit dem Langsanschlag
Bei winkelkantenbearbeitung, den
Anschlag mit einem Winkelmass
einstellen. Die Winkelkante des
Werkstucks gegen den Anschlag
drucken.
Schragstellung des Anschlags
Anschlag in den gewunschten
Winkelgrad einstellen und auf die
Tischplatte aufsetzen. Winkelgrad
nachprufen und festklemmen.

surface planer
Note : Before use, always remove
antirust coating from the cutter
block with solvent. (Do not use
petrol).
Ensure that out-feed table is firmly fixed
by lever(Q)
The thickness table (G) must be at its
lowest position to set up the chip ejec-
tion guard.
Put lever (R) into the de-clutch position
to avoid useless driving of the feed roll-
ers.
Adjusting the depth of cut
With the wheel (L), set the level of the
entry table according to the depth of cut
required.
Difference of level between the tables
equals depth of cut (control by vernier).
Lock the entrance table with locking
handle (E).
Adjusting the parallel fence
- adjust the fence to the timber width
and lock with handle (C).
Surface planing with the fence
With the reference face against the
fence, planing at a right angle, adjust
the fence with a set-square.
Tilting the fence
Tilt the fence to the table surface.
Check the angle required and tighten.
