HBM uses the following equation for the detuned full bridge:
R = R (1 + 2 x detuning in V/V) / (1 - 2 x detuning in V/V)

For slight detuning and a gauge factor = 2, the following applies:
1 mV/V = 2000 μm/m = 100.4008 % R
