5.1 Mounting kit without window
for DV DIASTAR DN 15 – DN 150
5.1.3 The needle (¢2) is centered in the

adapter (¢–5) with the corresponding

parts (remove indicator disk). (For DN


100–150 also place the needle
protector on the needle and then
–

insert in adapter).
5.1.4 Place o-ring (6) on adapter (7) and screw
onto DV DIASTAR (Check the distance
Yu, see below).
5.1.5 Insert DSR positioner (8) in adapter (7)
and fasten with threaded studs (9).
5.1.6 Remove the lower protective plug (FC).
Connect rapid connector (10) on
actuator and positioner.
5.1.7 Connect the hose (11) between DV
DIASTAR and DSR positioner
(connection A).
5.1.8 Connect air supply to connector P.
