TROUBLESHOOTING AFTER INSTALLATION

If the appliance does not work properly after installation, perform the controls in the table.
problem
There is a smell of gas near
the appliance
The gas flow
seems irregular
The burner does not ignite
but the gas flow is regular
If the appliance still does not work properly after all the checks have been made, contact the
authorised local dealer.
CAUTION!
Always disconnect the appliance from the gas system after each use and by means of the
special system cut-off valves.

Make sure that the gas cocks are completely closed. If the problem has not been
solved, disconnect the appliance from the gas supply and ask for technical support
immediately.
Check that the gas cock is completely open.
Check if the fuel supply network has a suitable flow rate and that the cut-off valve is
fully opened.
Check that the burner spreaders and relative caps are positioned correctly and free
from obstructions.
Check that the nozzles are suitable for the type of gas used.
Check compatibility and correct calibration of the pressure regulator, if applicable.
Check that the gas supply hose is not choked/obstructed and that the system shut-
off valve on the gas valve is fully open.
Check that the electrical circuit of the hob (version equipped with electronic ignition)
is correctly connected to the on board low voltage (12V) system.
Check that all the elements of the electrical circuit and the hob are connected
properly.
Check the correct operation of the glow plugs and the correct spark emission at
each activation of the electronic ignition button. If the glow plug does not work or is
damaged, find a replacement glow plug (see chapter "Spare parts") and replace it.
