4.4 Selecting the grill food
When the appliance is switched on, the target and measurement temperature of probe 1 and probe 2, meat type and
cooking level for probe 1 are displayed by default.
To select the type of meat you are grilling, press the button. The monitor displays the selected type of meat.
Each subsequent press changes the display in the following order:
BEEF (beef)
LAMB (lamb)
VEAL (veal)
HAMBURGER (hamburger)
PORK (pork)
TURKEY (turkey)
CHICKEN (poultry)
FISH (fish)
PROG (adjustable program)
