GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG [DE] 5. Kupplung an ein Fahrrad montieren GEFAHR Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Fahrrad zum Ziehen eines Fahrradan- hängers geeignet ist, siehe „Leistungsgrenzen“ unter Punkt 4. Da unter Umständen die Hinterradachse ausgetauscht werden muss, wenden Sie sich dazu am besten an Ihren Fachhändler oder den Fahrradhersteller. - Seite 6 [DE] GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG Schrauben Sie die zugehörige Mutter auf und ziehen Sie diese lose an. Richten Sie das Hinterrad so aus, das es sich frei drehen kann. Richten Sie die Kupplung so aus, dass diese waagerecht nach hinten zeigt. Arretieren Sie die Verbindung, um das Hinterrad zu sichern: Schnellspannachse: Ziehen Sie die Hutmutter so weit an, dass Sie den Spannbügel mit etwas Druck schließen können.

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG [DE] GEFAHR Die Achsmutter muss fest angezogen werden, um eine ausrei- chende Klemmkraft zu gewährleisten. Beachten Sie daher die Montageanleitung der Nabe und die Drehmomentangaben des Herstellers, wenn Sie die Achsmutter anziehen. HINWEIS Bedingt durch die Bauweise der Kupplung kann es an der Verbin- dungsstelle zwischen Fahrradrahmen und Kupplung zu leichten Abnutzungserscheinungen in Form von Kratzern kommen. -

[DE] GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG Entnehmen Sie den Sicherungssplint aus der Kupplungsauf- nahme der Deichsel. Schieben Sie die Deichsel so auf die Kupplung am Fahrrad, dass die Splint-Bohrungen in Kupplung und Kupplungsauf- nahme übereinander liegen. Stecken Sie den Splint in die Bohrung und arretieren Sie die Splintsicherung. -

This should be taken into consideration when hand- ing the product over to third parties too. Keep them in a safe place so that you can refer to them again later. -

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE [AE] 5. Mounting the coupler onto a bicycle DANGER Make sure that your bicycle is suitable for towing a bicycle trailer, see “Performance limits” under point 4. Since it may in some cases be necessary to change the rear wheel axle, it is best to consult your specialist dealer or the bicycle manufacturer in order to do this. - Seite 14 [AE] INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Align the rear wheel so that it can turn freely. Tighten the connection firmly in order to secure the rear wheel: Quick-release axle: Tighten the cap nut until you can close the clamp with a certain amount of pressure.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE [AE] DANGER The axle nut must be tightened in order to assure sufficient clam- ping force. Therefore, observe the assembly instructions for the hub and the manufacturer’s torque specifications when tightening the axle nut. NOTICE Due to the construction of the coupler, slight wear and tear in the form of scratches can occur at the connection between bicycle frame and coupler. -

[AE] INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Remove the retaining cotter pin from the tow bar’s coupler pocket. Push the tow bar onto the coupler on the bicycle so that the cotter pin holes in the coupler and coupler pocket are aligned. Insert the cotter pin into the hole and lock the cotter pin fas- tening. -
