GUARANTEE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

SACH provides a guarantee solely and exclusively to the end user. The period covered by this
guarantee is 24 months from the date of installation, which will appear on the guarantee card provided
to the user. This card must include all contact details of the user and must be returned within 15 days
from the installation date.
In the event that SACH does not receive the guarantee registration card, it will consider the guarantee
to run from the unit's date of manufacture, its liability being limited to unit repair and leaving it free from
liability for damage to objects, persons or third parties.
The customer is responsible for the correct installation of the central vacuum unit and its correct use,
the guarantee covering any fault in the central vacuum unit provided this is not caused by inappropriate
usage or negligent handling.
SACH reserves the right to cancel the validity of this guarantee if the central vacuum unit is handled
by persons other than our service engineers or authorized service centres or when non-original spare
parts or accessories are tted.
In the event of needing to contact SACH's technical assistance department or an authorized repair
centre provide your details and your central vacuum model.
